Air India will start 75 flights to America and Canada, booking tickets from June 5

The process of bringing back Indians stranded abroad is going on. For this the government has started Vande Bharat Mission. Under this mission, 75 flights are being started this month to different cities of America and Canada. Booking of tickets for these flights will start from June 5. The third phase of Vande Bharat Mission is going to start from 9th June. 

According to Air India, 75 flights will be operated from June 9 to June 30. 

These flights from India will be operated to America, Canada, New York, Chicago, Washington, Toronto, San Francisco and Vancouver.

Tickets for these planes can be booked on Air India's website from the evening of June 5.

Union Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that more than 57,000 Indians stranded in different countries have been brought back under the Vande Bharat Mission. At this time people are being brought from Gulf countries. 

On June 2 itself, 2864 people were brought to India from countries like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Doha, Bahrain, Muscat, Moscow etc. 

The 'Vande Bharat Mission' was launched on 6 May. Under this mission, 3891 people were brought to India on 1 June.
