All India Radio | Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri lauds young entrepreneurs; says their innovations will help India achieve self-reliance

Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri today lauded young entrepreneurs saying that their innovations will help India achieve self-reliance.  Mr Puri met some young entrepreneurs and innovators during Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference, ADIPEC, 2022. He said that young innovators are the driving force in India’s journey into the future.

ADIPEC is one of the leading trade fairs for the oil and gas industry.

Earlier, Mr Puri also met Secretary General of International Energy Forum Joseph McMonigle and discussed the current state of oil and gas markets as well as preparations for the Asian Energy Ministerial being planned in February 2023.

The union minister also held wide ranging discussion yesterday with UAE Minister of Energy Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei on the current state of oil and gas markets. Mr Puri said that they also discussed furthering India and UAE's energy cooperation from 23 billion US dollars last year.
