Business World awards KTR ‘Leader of the Year’

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao declared winner of the ‘Leader of the Year’ award by the “Business world” national weekly. The award will be presented at “National Smart City Conference” to be held in New Delhi on December 20. Union Minister of State for Urban Development Hardeep Singh Puri will present the awards. Business World appreciated KTR for presenting Telangana state in a new perspective during Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017. It has also considered various other aspects like increasing investments in Telangana State and role of the Minister in developmental initiatives. Also, Telangana State has been adjudged as the State with best urban infrastructure and the innovative initiatives like Mission Bhagiratha (Urban), Haritha Haaram and Double Bedroom Housing schemes in urban areas greatly appreciated.
