Union Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on August 20 urged all the governments and urban local bodies to learn from experiences year after year as Delhi received 80% of the season’s rainfall in 11 days. “Delhi received 80% of the season's rainfall in 11 days. I am confident we can solve problems of common man,” said Puri on waterlogging in Delhi and Gurugram.
