Dr Arvind meets Puri for metro project

Regarding the feasibility survey of the Metro from Bahadurgarh to Sampla, MP Dr Arvind Sharma met Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri and also talked about many other projects related to railways. The MP discussed the RRTS project from Delhi to Bahadurgarh via Rohtak in front of the Union Minister. It is being said that this project has been approved for construction in the second phase.

Apart from this, the MP also demanded the inclusion of the new corridor of RRTS in the second phase from IGI Airport Terminal 1 to Charkhi Dadri via Dwarka Expressway, Badsa AIIMS, Jhajjar. The MP said that soon the people of the state would get the gift of many projects related to railways, on which work would start soon.

Recently, the MP also met the Chief Minister during his visit to Delhi regarding railway projects. On Wednesday, MP Dr Arvind Sharma met Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri and discussed the Metro from Bahadurgarh to Sampla and demanded a feasibility survey at the earliest.

It is being said that approval has been given for the second phase of the rapid train from Delhi to Rohtak. The MP informed that Delhi to Meerut, Delhi to Alwar, Delhi to Panipat, (three) corridors have been included in the first phase of NCRTS (National Capital Region Transit System), on which work is going on in a phased manner.

The MP said that in future, in the third phase of RRTS, expanding from Rohtak to Jind, so that many people can get the benefit of it. Apart from this, the MP told the Union Minister that in the second phase of RRTS, Delhi to Palwal Ghaziabad to Bulandshahr, Ghaziabad to Hapur and Delhi Shahdara to Baghpat route have been included, Delhi- Alwar, Delhi- Rohtak between Jhajjar district of Lok Sabha. A large part of the state is deprived of this scheme even though it is included in this National Capital Region.
