Grateful to the committee constituted under chairmanship of my friend Sh Amitabh K Ji to recommend ways to examine issues related to the legacy stalled Real Estates projects, & presenting its report to me. States & UTs will need to ensure effective implementation of the recommendations made in the report for delivery of booked units to homebuyers. The report is available on website of MoHUA_India. The recommendations of the Committee will provide much- needed shot in the arm for the Real Estate Sector. Given the strong forward & backward linkages of the Sector, it will also give an impetus to overall economy, leading to higher growth in future.
