Lakshmi organised a traditional North Indian breakfast, which included dishes from Punjab, Delhi & Uttar Pradesh, for members of the media fraternity before our press interaction. Many of the items including Aloo Paratha were part of the menu on demand from our guests. We also served Shree Ann Dahi Sadam made of millets. Millets have been a part of our breakfast table from the time we were posted in New York & have often served millet dishes to our guests. It was also part of the menu when we hosted melindagates in Dec 2022.
