In a major development, Prime Minister Rojgar Mela 2023 for the state of Punjab will be held at Ludhiana's Guru Nanak Bhawan on January 20. Union minister Hardeep Singh Puri will be the chief guest of the event, and will also distribute appointment letters.

According to information, on the spot appointment letters will be given to the applicants for various posts in central government departments and PSUs.

Meanwhile, a similar programme is also being conducted in Chandigarh, which will be held at ISB, Mohali. Under the PM Rojgar Mela 2023, the central government aims to appoint 75,000 candidates from all over India. TNN
